The house offers keyless entry, washer/dryer, central airconditioning, Fiber optic high speed Internet and Wifi, free local and long distance calling, and a Smart TV. Also included are all bath towels, linens, beach towels, and other amenities like paper towels, laundry detergent, hand soap, dish soap, and more. 

Villa Martini is part of a gated beachfront community with 24 hour security, covered parking, a heated Infinity pool, and a private beach. It is perfect for divers and snorkelers with a private pier for pick up and deliver from the property. Plus, the community is in the middle of the national marine park, so dive sites like Palancar and Colombia are only minutes away. 

Guests of Villa Martini will enjoy housekeeping and concierge service. We offer a shopping service and a chef service. Our chefs Rafa & Alis can prepare delicious authentic Mexican food made to order in your kitchen. Unlike other chef services, there is no set menu you must choose from, and you are free to choose your days and times.
